Sousuke, a rule-oriented class president, faces several challenges. His childhood friend Miroku is difficult to manage despite her charm. A new student named Enma, who says he is from hell, disregards all rules. Additionally, large, unexplained claw marks have started appearing on school structures. As these issues arise, Sousuke must decide whether to stick to the rules or recognize when other priorities matter more.
