A high school student named Dan-oh begins to notice strange occurrences—time moves quickly, her memories blur, and she experiences possible hallucinations. She soon learns she is part of a popular romance comic, but not as the main character. Instead, she is a background character suffering from a terminal heart condition, in a forced engagement with a childhood friend who does not love her and will eventually leave her. Determined to make the most of her remaining time, Dan-oh seeks out her real first love. The story includes three additional chapters.
