Ryousuke Akiba, who goes by the alias ES, is linked to an enigmatic scientific experiment and is expected to live at least two hundred years. He has unusual mental abilities, including the power to access others' thoughts, uncover hidden truths, and alter memories to create familial bonds with strangers. He moves through Tokyo, seeking survival rather than causing harm. His identity remains unknown until Dr. Mine Kujyou encounters him, discovering a genetic trait called the Eternal Sabbath that defies her scientific understanding. This raises the question of whether ES is the only one with such a genetic anomaly.
