In 2016, the Austrian city of Miliopolis faces widespread gang activity, violence, and crime. In response, the government establishes the MPB Task Force, known as Cerebus, which recruits children with physical disabilities. These children are equipped with prosthetic limbs that transform them into combat-ready weapons. Among the top operatives are three teenage girls, codenamed Suzutsuki, Kagerou, and Yugiri. They employ advanced technology and combat skills to eliminate threats that have taken root in the city.
