Eumakcheonjaereul Wihayeo

Kang Hyeon, ashamed of his family's financial struggles, distances himself from others and dedicates himself to academic success, only to later question the value of his ambitions. After being hit by a train while attempting to rescue someone on subway tracks, he finds himself transported back in time while hearing a symphonic melody.
