Free Collars Kingdom

A teenage cat named Cyan is left alone in the basement of a high-end apartment after his young owner becomes ill and his parents abandon him. He becomes involved in a major feline conflict in Japan while waiting for his owner to return. Facing threats from Siam and Kline, Cyan also attempts to integrate with a group of stray cats called the Free Collars.
