Fukashigi Philia

A city plagued by crime is home to three high schoolers who use any means necessary, including violence, to eliminate gangs. During one of their usual operations, Tusk discovers a silent, mute girl being held captive. She saves his life by showing him a vision of the future. He brings her home and learns she is named Noah and has no memory. Tusk becomes intrigued when he notices she has the same tattoo as someone he has been searching for over the years.
