Three sisters—Hina, Arare, and Hana—run Kyoto's oldest confectionery shop, Fukuya. Each has a distinct personality, but all share a strong sense of pride in their business. The shop is part of a lively family dynamic that includes a sharp-minded mother and a verbally direct grandfather. Other characters contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of the historic city.
