On the first day of high school, Kunie Hokuto accidentally injures Yachigusa Shissa, the feared disciplinary committee chairman. Hokuto listens to Shissa's response and agrees to serve him as compensation. Additionally, Hokuto is unexpectedly chosen as a first-year representative to the disciplinary committee. However, Zento, Shissa's younger brother and the committee's vice chairman, expresses his disapproval.
