In a city focused on the environment named Fuuto, small devices known as Gaia Memories are used by various individuals to transform into creatures called Dopants, enabling them to commit crimes beyond the reach of law enforcement. These devices also contain a harmful toxin that can drive users to madness and potentially cause death. Following the loss of his superior, a detective known for his tough attitude, Shoutarou Hidari, partners with an enigmatic figure named Philip to probe cases involving Dopants. Equipped with their own Gaia Memories, Shoutarou and Philip utilize the Double Driver belts to merge into Kamen Rider Double, confronting the Dopant threat to protect Fuuto. This manga serves as a continuation and adaptation of the 2009 television series Kamen Rider W.
