Agnes May Graham is killed by Timothy Reynold, a drunkard who is later accused of treason. She awakens 14 years earlier and decides to alter her fate by becoming Timothy's tutor when he is still a child. She aims to lead him toward a better future. However, she discovers that Timothy's bad behavior is a result of neglect by his guardian, Duke Ethan Battenberg, who is also her killer.
