Gakuen Alice

A young girl named Mikan travels to Tokyo to be with her friend Hotaru, who attends a hidden private school for gifted students. The school, known as Alice Academy, is more complex than it appears. To remain with Hotaru, Mikan must pass an unusual entrance exam and navigate relationships with her unusual classmates. Each student has a unique ability, such as Hotaru's invention skills, a boy named Natsume's fire powers, and a teacher's control over pheromones. Mikan must discover her own talent and use her determination to survive and stay at the school.
