An orphan named Shindo Homare discovers that his father was the founder of a gang and that his mother was killed by the gang's second-in-command. Seeking vengeance, he targets the former No. 2 known as Mikado. To achieve his goal, Homare enrolls in a school designed to train gang members for infiltration. Amidst a hostile environment, his desire for revenge drives him to pursue power through violent means. The story follows the beginning of his path toward dominance.
