A college student majoring in Creative Writing finds it difficult to understand and convey her emotions, causing her to feel disconnected from others. She forms an unusual bond with a second-year Sports Coaching student who has the ability to perceive emotions through physical contact. The two are assigned to work together on a class project that includes going on a date, leading to a closer relationship.
