In a corrupt city filled with criminals, hustlers, and corrupt officials, certain tasks are too dangerous or distasteful for even the most hardened locals. Nic and Worick, known as the "Handymen," specialize in handling these kinds of jobs. When a familiar police officer asks them to assist in dismantling a rising gang that is encroaching on a powerful Mafia family's territory, the pair agrees.
