A series of deaths occur due to people suddenly exploding, and Kirisaki Satori, who possesses telepathic abilities, discovers the identity of the perpetrator. Authorities dismiss her claims due to their supernatural nature and transfer her to the Occult Division. This department is led by Araya Shiki, a 14-year-old boy who takes her seriously. Together, they attempt to locate the killer before falling victim to his lethal supernatural power.
