A genetic mutation has emerged, giving one out of every thousand individuals extraordinary powers, dividing society into "New Humans" and "Old Humans." The New Humans, considering themselves superior, incite conflict. Fuwa Masaru, a powerful individual among them, initiates a violent rebellion, leading to a devastating civil war. As the planet faces destruction, an unknown Old Human emerges, possibly the key to ending the war and restoring balance.
