A figure known as Luce, also recognized as Lucifer, makes a bet with God concerning Elijah, a person with a pure soul. Upon discovering Luce's true identity, Elijah pleads with him not to abandon him. As a result, Luce chooses to act as Elijah’s guardian, anticipating a future agreement that might lead to a soul's downfall or mark a permanent transformation for the devil.
