In 2026, Kang-Kwon is a slight 159 cm, 51 kg teenager who has inherited his father's frail build and endures relentless bullying at school. After a fall from the school rooftop, he wakes in 1996 inside the body of his uncle Choi Kang-Kwon, who at 188 cm and 71 kg stands as a much larger figure and happens to be his father's closest friend. The shock fades quickly when he realizes that, despite the imposing physique, this uncle was himself a thoroughly downtrodden outcast in his school days. Now taller but no less ostracized, the displaced Kang-Kwon must navigate a punishing 1996 high school life from inside someone else's body.
