A former president who led South Korea into a second IMF crisis by mismanaging a 500 trillion won budget to boost his approval ratings is given a second chance, returning 30 years earlier. Upon returning, he discovers a budget proposal filled with corruption and self-serving tactics being advanced through the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Determined to prevent these proposals from passing, he resolves to use his knowledge of political tactics, media manipulation, and strategies to stop them, even if it means being criticized. His goal is to protect the country’s finances and prevent the crisis he previously caused.
