Lee Sol, an art student who can see spirits, discovers an inexpensive office building to rent. The building is unusually populated with ghosts, and the human tenants act oddly. Despite the strange atmosphere, the low cost makes it tempting. As she has a year and a half left before graduating, she must decide whether to stay in such an unsettling place.
