A mysterious boy named Kyle Kamishiro emerges near a city three years after a previous encounter with the "Enemies," massive, unyielding creatures that nearly wiped out humanity. When the Enemies return, Kyle displays an ability to influence probability. Following his demonstration, he is conscripted into the "Guilty Children," a group composed of children who have committed offenses. The narrative is based on a light novel published in *Young Magazine the 3rd*, which is a revised version of the original serialized edition.
