A 16-year-old boy named Shingo Chiryu is left hospitalized for a month after rejecting a naked confession from a girl who is later described as morbidly obese. This experience leads him to develop a fear of women. Attempting to conceal this fear, he is noticed by the school nurse, who suggests he join the boxing club. Upon joining, he discovers that all the members are female, including his former attacker, Haruka Nishiharu, who is now slim. The club is also advised by the school nurse.
