Minato and Akira Lee have relocated to a new town, hoping for a change—though not one as strange as what they encounter. Unusual, ghost-like figures drift through buildings, ignored by the townspeople, some of whom seem off in their own way. Akira notices a peculiar being outside her window and joins forces with others to investigate. If the locals won't acknowledge the odd occurrences, they'll take it upon themselves to uncover the truth.
