Goggles

A compilation of brief tales. The first centers on a group of outcasts who encounter a deity associated with poverty, leading to trouble and unlawful activities. Another follows a detective tracking a figure known as "Mister Bo." In a separate story, a determined young girl enters the isolated existence of two men, refusing to remove her goggles for an undisclosed reason. A different narrative involves two companions traveling in a vehicle while discussing their secondhand bookstore. A prequel to the goggles story shows the girl visiting the seaside with her grandfather. Lastly, an elderly man searches for a specific tonkatsu dish from his past by visiting all restaurants that serve it.
