Gokujou Seitokai

Rando Rino moves to Miyagami Gakuen after her mother's death, following a suggestion from her friend Mr. Poppit. Soon after arriving, she joins the Gokujou Seitokai, the school's esteemed student council. Rino discovers that Jinguji Kanade established the school as a place free from constraints, with the student council formed to protect that freedom. The council is organized into three divisions—Executive, Assault, and Covert, along with the Vehicle Squad. Each member possesses a unique ability, such as combat techniques or tools like cards and a yo-yo. Rino's ability is a living hand puppet named Pucchan.
