A man with the physical age of 29 but the mental maturity of a 9-year-old joins a university hospital as a pediatric surgery resident. He possesses savant abilities and is on the autism spectrum. His journey is complicated by the challenges of being an autistic doctor and the increasing tensions and power struggles within the hospital. His struggle to be accepted and to achieve his goal of becoming a true doctor intensifies as these conflicts escalate.
