Goshimei desu!

Renjouji Kiriya is the top host at the prestigious Tokyo host club "Chateau du Amour," known for offering charming, refined male companionship to women. Unbeknownst to most, Kiriya is actually Yamada Kotarou, a man from Nagasaki who moved to Tokyo to resolve his family's debt. Some of the other hosts, envious of his status, seek to expose his carefully maintained image. His challenges increase when a former client leaves a five-year-old girl with him, insisting he is the child's father. Matters become even more complicated with the arrival of his girlfriend Miharu from Nagasaki, who is unaware of his work at the host club.
