Mysterious beings known as Archons emerge, posing an existential threat to humanity. The only known means of countering them is the Chalice, a power source tied to human origins. To combat the Archons, individuals capable of channeling the Chalice are selected and organized into a specialized unit. These warriors are designated as Goulart Knights.
