The club for Technologies and Information at a high school is home to an eccentric and difficult group of students. Ryouichi, the club's president, struggles to manage the members and maintain order. The situation becomes more challenging when a new member, Minami, joins. Though well-meaning, Minami has an unfortunate tendency to cause machines to malfunction whenever he interacts with them.
