Grapefruit Moon

Kazuki, a college student with a love for sweets, takes a part-time job at a small pastry shop named Fujimura. There, he meets Youichirou, an attractive and talented pastry chef who has lost interest in his work. Kazuki is accident-prone and struggles with basic tasks, much to Youichirou’s frustration. It is revealed that Youichirou left a prestigious hotel position under unclear circumstances and has since lost his motivation. The narrative explores Kazuki’s excitement as he begins what he believes is the start of his dream, while Youichirou seems to be moving toward the end of his own.
