Gyakusatsu Happy End

Kusakabe Makoto is a high school student who works throughout the day to afford medical treatment for his seriously ill younger sister. His father is unemployed, and his mother has abandoned the family. Makoto faces additional hardships, including bullying at his job. Despite these challenges, he remains hopeful and focused on supporting his sister. When he discovers that her time is limited, he becomes overwhelmed by despair. This fear leads him to reconsider the meaning and value of life.
