A hundred and twenty years after the death of the First Emperor, Venlyra, a skilled outlaw and the Emperor’s loyal messenger, awakens from a long rest to find the empire in decline and no longer guided by its former principles. As the Skeleton Messenger, Venlyra sets out once again, heading toward a deteriorating throne and the remnants of a past self believed to be lost. The messenger delivers the Emperor’s final proclamation: the time of judgment has arrived.
