Strange underground structures have begun to emerge globally, causing widespread disruption. I-Seon, a man capable of reconstructing entire cities, watches as his companions are transformed into undead creatures. Hyeon, a skilled tracker, approaches him with a proposal. I-Seon agrees to the arrangement, leaving him no other option.
