Haken no Kouki Altina

Regis Aurick is a soldier lacking skill in combat and indifferent to his duties, preferring books over battle. Exiled to the frontier, he meets Marie Quatre Argentina de Belgaria, known to him as Altina. The red-haired woman, Fourth Princess of Belgaria, seeks Regis for his strategic abilities. She aims to change an empire plagued by greedy nobles and unnecessary conflicts, carrying the Grand Tonnerre Quatre, an emperor’s legendary sword. Despite being dismissed by her peers, including Regis, Altina is determined to demonstrate her value, regardless of the dangers. The two work together in a story involving war, relationships, and political maneuvering.
