Hakone no Nekoha

Nekoya Taichi is not fast, but he is inspired by the Hakone Ekiden, a two-day relay race. He trains daily, though progress is slow. His senior, Hayama Naoki, who is also his role model, notices his effort and remains hopeful. To join the same high school Hayama attended, Nekoya must pass a difficult entrance exam. Despite his lack of natural ability, he keeps training and refuses to abandon his goal: to run in the Hakone Ekiden alongside Hayama.
