A manga artist previously employed at a demanding shounen magazine, known for its harsh deadlines and poor environment, leaves the job to join a shoujo manga publication. Having never read shoujo manga before, he assumes the new position will be a relaxing contrast. Instead, he discovers the reality is more complicated than he anticipated.
