Mori and Ayumu are in a happy same-sex relationship during college. After Ayumu prays at a shrine for their relationship to last forever, the deity answers by changing Ayumu's gender to female. Everyone around them now believes Ayumu has always been a girl, while only Mori and Ayumu know the truth.
