Hanazakari no Kimitachi e

A Japanese-American athlete named Mizuki transfers to an all-boys high school in Japan to be near her idol, Izumi Sano, a high jumper. To do so, she disguises herself as a male student. Unbeknownst to her, she ends up sharing a room with Sano. She must keep her identity hidden in all aspects of school life, including the classroom, locker room, and dormitory. Her presence causes her classmates and the school nurse to confront their own feelings and perceptions.
