Hanitarou desu.

A primary school student named Yoshio Yoshida, overwhelmed by unfinished homework on the last day of summer vacation, rubs an object he thinks is a magic lamp. Instead, he activates a curry-shaped vessel and summons a self-centered, intelligent haniwa named Hanitarou from the 6th century. Yoshio now faces more challenges than just homework. Hanitarou first appeared in the *Gakkou no Kaidan* children's book series and later in his own manga series. The first volume is titled *Hanitarou desu*, with subsequent volumes following a patterned naming style that includes numbers, expressions, and themes such as curry flavor and group sets. The series continues through thirteen volumes, with the final one referencing the potential extinction of humanity.
