Hankai no Hana

Toyoki Ashihara meets Yu and Haru, identical twins who frequently swap places for fun. When Toyoki claims he can distinguish between them, the twins stop their pranks. Over time, they begin altering their appearances, such as cutting or dyeing their hair, to make identification easier. The trio remains close until they graduate and drift apart. Years later, Toyoki attends what is presumed to be Haru's funeral, but the event raises questions about whether it is truly Haru who has died.
