Youhei Hamaji is a high school freshman who lacks direction, spending his days without purpose. He struggles academically, isn't athletic, and has trouble committing to any activity. He is also a pervert who is constantly rejected by girls. A sophomore suggests joining a club where he can act on his impulses by being close to women, leading Youhei to join the Water Polo Club. The story explores whether Youhei, known for not sticking with anything, can find a sense of belonging within the club.
