A well-meaning but naive BL enthusiast named Hanamoto relocates to Tokyo with the goal of finding romance. He quickly meets Tsuchiya, who appears to be his ideal partner. However, Hanamoto soon discovers that real-life romantic and sexual relationships are more complex than the stories depicted in the BL manga he has consumed.
