Haru no Ogawa wa Doki Doki Suru yo.

Fujii Nanami witnesses a group of delinquents attacking a boy but initially flees the scene. Later, she returns to help care for his injuries, and as they spend time together, her initial fear begins to shift into something resembling trust. An unexpected bond starts to form between them despite the circumstances of their first meeting.
