Haruka-kun wa Make Heroine ni wa Naranai!

Fuyuki and Haruka have known each other since childhood and move in together when they start university, an arrangement that lets Haruka see the unpolished side of his otherwise faultless friend. He grumbles about looking after Fuyuki while quietly enjoying every minute of it, until he overhears classmates joke that childhood friends are always the ones who lose in a love story. Rattled by the thought that he might be headed for the same fate, Haruka pushes Fuyuki onto the bed one night under the pretext of a prank, and resolves to stop being the runner-up and become a boyfriend instead.
