Hatsu Akiko Tanpenshuu: Oomu

This collection of eight short stories by Akiko Hatsu is set in the Taisho era and includes works known for their mystery and imaginative elements. One story follows a young woman who gives up her parrot after becoming engaged to a noble family, hinting at hidden events. Another, titled "Oomu," blends fantasy with mystery in a traditional Japanese setting. "Usagi" explores the experiences of a man who fears rabbits and encounters both misfortune and good fortune.
