Hatsukoi no Yamai

Ayase experiences hallucinations of his missing first love, Haigo, appearing as a young man during the day and an adult at night, following a car accident. An operation intended to resolve the issue proves ineffective, leaving Ayase questioning his sanity. On a sleeper train, Soo encounters Teshirogi, an eccentric older passenger who claims they have met before, confusing and unsettling Soo. Tada, the last fox spirit handler, is bonded with Shiro, a spirit he rescued as a child, who must now decide how to handle his feelings for Tada as their time together nears its end. Wachi, a piano student, is unexpectedly joined by the talented violinist Meguriya, and after a confession, they connect through music without words. Oosakaya waits anxiously for Komiya, who vanished from school and reappears years later, exhausted and silent, leaving Oosakaya uncertain about their future. Two coworkers engage in a word game that may allow one to express hidden emotions.
