Hayate no Gotoku!

A high school student named Hayate works multiple part-time jobs to support his financially irresponsible parents. After they vanish, leaving him with a 150 million yen debt, he flees from collectors. During his escape, he attempts to kidnap a girl, but she misinterprets his actions as a romantic confession. The kidnapping fails, but Hayate ends up rescuing her from real kidnappers, which makes her fall for him. The girl, Nagi, is from a wealthy family. Grateful for his help, she hires Hayate as her personal butler and has the debt collectors paid off. As a result, Hayate becomes a combat butler, beginning a perilous life dedicated to serving and protecting his new employer.
