A man named Kenichi has been playing an online game intensely, but when it shuts down, he feels a loss. He searches for a new game but finds them all too simple. He discovers an unnamed game that claims to offer endless challenge and chooses the most difficult setting. As a result, he is reborn in a different world as a peasant named Allen. He must now navigate this new world and uncover the abilities of his enigmatic Summoner class without the help of guides or online resources.
