Sousuke Kaburaya, a struggling detective, meets Sara, a magical princess from another world. She moves in with him and adapts quickly to life in contemporary Japan. Livia, a knight from Sara’s world, also ends up in Japan, homeless but finds enjoyment in her circumstances. Both Sara and Livia maintain a positive outlook despite their unfamiliar surroundings. Their presence begins to influence Sousuke and others in the neighborhood, such as a devilish lawyer, a divorce agent, and a cult leader.
